Electric City Couture Fashion Show at Eclipse Hangar in Albany, NY

I had the pleasure of attending the Electric City Couture Fashion Show on October 4, 2012. The event was a part of the MOHU Arts Festival kickoff celebration at the Eclipse Hangar at Albany International Airport.

The Electric City Couture Fashion Show included clothes from local hat designers Kim Vanyo of Khymanyo Studios, Katie Pray and Joleen Button of House of Lady Button.

My favorite pieces of clothing from the fashion show -
(with a different bra) very appropriate for daytime racing fashion in Saratoga
and elegant evening wear after a day at the track!

The Empire State Youth Orchestra had a table at the MOHU kickoff.

    1. Yi-chia, it was! I am really excited at the possible positive regional impact of fashion shows like this one. The idea is to give local designers a platform to show their designs to local consumers, opinion leaders and boutiques. There were a few local boutique owners in the audience. I was pleased that most of the clothes were truly 'wearable.'
