Her Excellency - Hats and the United Nations

I had the extraordinary opportunity to join the Hat Ladies of Charleston in meeting several United Nations Ambassadors at a luncheon hosted by extraordinary and plenipotentiary Permanent Representative of Romania to the U.N. Ambassador Simona-Mirela Miculescu.

  6. Oh, I wish more branches of this marvelous club would sprout up around the world. Just think how wonderfully we could spread our passion for beautiful chapeaus if there were lots of clubs devoted to loving hats!
